A tent sale that is expected to be bigger than last year's is planned at Ten Thousand Villages ( 1564-A Highwoods Blvd., Greensboro; 275-1204).
The sale is Thursday through June 26 with all items 50 percent to 70 percent off.

The lighting fixtures — many of them antiques — came from store owner Lori Bare's father, Terry Draper.
Draper started a lighting repair business in 1984. He retired in September.
A large parking lot sale will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, weather permitting.
The store will close June 30.
Bare said she and her husband, Chris Bare, will then be focusing more on a Greensboro-based business they own, called Bare Tech Plumbing.
